Our Six-Step Process

1. Project Scoping
We begin with a deep dive into your goals, needs, and constraints — functional, spatial, budgetary, and material.

2. Exploration & Design
From sketches to refined renderings, we define every detail: materials, colour, weight, finish, performance. We stay in close dialogue until you’re happy — and the plan is both exciting and achievable.

3. Prototyping
We build a working prototype in our Matakana studio to test structure, functionality, and finish. You’re welcome to visit — or we can share images and video.

4. Production
Once signed off, we move into full-scale production, keeping you updated as each part takes shape.

5. Delivery & Installation
Your piece is carefully packaged and delivered by our trusted partners. If needed, we can recommend experienced tradespeople for installation.

6. Ongoing Support
We’re here for any post-installation support or maintenance guidance, ensuring your piece continues to perform beautifully.
