1. What materials do you use in your products?
We craft our pieces using a blend of recyclable, repurposed and regenerative materials, including coffee grounds, oyster shells, grape skins, brass, copper, Harakeke (New Zealand flax), steel, salvaged timber, and wool. Our commitment is to showcase the potential of these materials in creating objects of beauty and functionality. 

2. Are your products handmade?
Yes, with the exception of a couple of small components, all our lighting and hardware solutions are proudly handmade in Aotearoa New Zealand. Each piece reflects our dedication to slow design, craftsmanship, and local manufacturing. 

3. Do you offer bespoke development?

4. Where are you located?
Our studio is located at 73 Smith Road, Matakana 0985, Aotearoa New Zealand, and we have a "branch office" in Wānaka for South Island clients.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, and Visa. 

7. Do you ship internationally?
We are currently only operating in New Zealand and Australia, so please contact us directly at info@daedalic-lightworks.earth to discuss shipping options and arrangements for any other destinations.

8. Can I view your products in person?
As we are based in Matakana, New Zealand-based customers are welcome to tour our studio and view our products by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a visit.

9. Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we operate primarily online. However, we are always exploring opportunities to showcase our work in physical spaces. Stay tuned to our website and Instagram for updates.
